uuu8 Terms & Conditions and User Agreement

General Introduction

This agreement ("Terms & Conditions") forms a legally binding agreement between uuu8 and any player who accesses, registers an account on, plays on, or makes payments through the uuu8 platform. By accessing and using this platform, a player expressly confirms that they agree to comply with all provisions set out in this agreement.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To access and play on the uuu8 platform, you must meet the following requirements—

• The player must be at least 21 years old.
• Each individual player may hold only one account. Opening a duplicate account may result in it being closed and your funds being forfeited.
• If an account is registered with false information, uuu8 has the right to suspend that account immediately.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their own account. Your password must not be shared with anyone.

Accuracy of Personal Information

The information provided when registering an account must be accurate, up to date, and complete. This information may be verified against your ID during withdrawals. Accounts created with false information may have withdrawals suspended or be permanently banned.

Player Responsibilities

Players are strictly prohibited from using their uuu8 account to play on behalf of any third party. Only play with your own funds — playing with third-party funds (other individuals' money, company money) is not allowed.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on uuu8 are processed via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. All transactions are handled in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) and a record of each payment is kept in the player's transaction history.

Deposit Limits

• The minimum amount per deposit is 20,000 Ks.
• Deposits must be made from the uuu8 player's own bank account or mobile payment account only.
• Accounts found depositing on behalf of a third party may be suspended.

Withdrawal Limits

• Withdrawals will only be paid to the player's registered payment account — not to any third-party account.
• The minimum amount per withdrawal is 20,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes of the request being submitted. Processing may take longer if compliance checks require additional verification.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirements are met, uuu8 may remove the principal deposit amount and cancel the bonus.

Financial Checks

To prevent money laundering, uuu8 may review a player's personal information and transaction history. Players must cooperate with any such review. Accounts under suspicion of money laundering may be suspended.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus Details

uuu8 offers a 200% welcome bonus for first-time depositors — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement).

Example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 60,000 Ks. Wagering required to withdraw: 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
• Deposit 320,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum), giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks. Wagering required to withdraw: 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.

Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• If a withdrawal is made while bonus funds are still active, uuu8 may deduct the bonus amount and pay out the remaining balance only.
• uuu8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is detected (for example, hedging strategies designed to eliminate risk), the player's bonus may be cancelled and their account may be suspended.

VIP and Cashback Program

The uuu8 VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tiers are based on your play activity, and weekly cashback is available as follows—

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Cashback is credited as bonus funds with no wagering requirement attached — however, uuu8 will announce in advance if this condition changes.

Fair Play Policy

Game Exploits and Fraud

uuu8 conducts technical checks to protect fair play. The following activities may result in specific restrictions and penalties—

• Using bots or automated playing software
• Opening more than one account to claim bonuses
• Collusion between players
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities

If any such activity is detected, uuu8 may void the player's balance and bonuses and immediately suspend the account.

Fairness of Game Results

Account Suspension and Restrictions

uuu8's Right to Suspend

uuu8 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice in the following cases—

4. If the player requests it themselves

Self-Exclusion by the Player

Remaining Balance in a Suspended Account
